      • Leah Spear, Broker

It's a pleasure to meet you!

Real estate gives me a consistent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of my clients by helping to navigate one of the biggest decisions and financial transactions they will make.

I'm a native of Oklahoma and have lived in many different regions of the country. Before moving to North Carolina, I've lived in Columbia, South Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; and Dallas, Texas. I've also experienced life on the west coast in the San Diego area. For this and more, I believe I'm a true asset to buyers and sellers who are relocating to or from the greater Triangle area. I've found that home is wherever you make it -- and I'm enjoying making Raleigh home and helping others do the same in the Triangle or wherever their destination.

On a personal note, I have four grown children and two grandbabies who live in the area. My greatest joy is spending time with them and dabbling in golf, tennis, bowling, and any hobby to stay active. I've recognized a common thread woven throughout my life and career journey: the true joy I find in helping people.

      • WHAT CLIENTS SAY...

        R. Murray
        Home Buyer

"Extremely professional and determined to get you your dream home! Always super responsive via email and text and honest about each home situation you’re walking into. We love being loyal to Leah as she has been our biggest advocate and relentless in our home buying experience."

        April M.
        Relocation | Home Buyer

"I spent Valentine’s Day weekend with Leah searching for homes. She picked me up and dropped me off at the airport; she drove me everywhere that weekend. I was successful in purchasing a home the same weekend. Leah spent St. Patties day with me, closing on my new house. This house and I have love and luck because of Leah!"

        First-time Home Buyer
        Durham, North Carolina

“Leah… [has] been fantastic to work with throughout the entire home buying experience! ...From the beginning, Leah assisted us in finding homes and giving her professional opinion of properties which was extremely helpful for first-time home buyers. I would absolutely recommend Leah…to anyone who is looking for someone professional, reputable, and easy to work with in the Triangle.”
      • Nora L.

        Relocation | Home Seller

“Leah is AWESOME. Leah has been engaged from the start and has kept us up to date and “in the loop” throughout the process. We are not local to where the house is being sold, and she has been extremely helpful, assisting us in getting the house ready for sale. Her communication has been timely and consistent. As you can see, our experience has been fantastic, and I would highly recommend her…if you are trying to sell your home quickly!”

        First-time Home Buyer

        Raleigh, North Carolina

“Leah was great throughout the entire process of buying my first home! She is very proactive and responsive. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients and helped make what could have been a stressful time very easy for me.”
      • HOW WE BEGIN

Whether you are buying or selling a home (or needing to do both), let's start with a solid foundation.

        1

        Location Strategy Call

Strategy calls are the best and quickest way for us to connect and determine how best I can help.

        2

        Home Evaluation

If selling a home, our next step is to visit your property and consider the specifics before presenting you with listing options and the best strategy for the current market.

If you are buying, we will organize a set of custom resources to maximize our search reach and timelines.

        3

        Agency Agreement

In North Carolina, brokering real estate requires a license as well as a written agreement to engage a brokering firm to represent you.

If we mutually decide to work together, the forms are streamlined, and I offer the option to review and sign remotely.
